Day 1: Arrival in Uganda
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where your birding guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Relax after your journey and enjoy a short safari briefing over dinner.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Begin your safari with a drive northwest to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and most diverse park. Bird en route and stop for lunch before visiting the top of the falls, where the Nile thunders through a narrow gorge. Look out for rock pratincoles, red-throated bee-eaters, and other species.

Day 3: Birding Game Drive & Boat Cruise on the Nile
Begin your day with a morning birding game drive in Murchison Falls National Park, exploring the northern savannah plains and spotting species such as the Abyssinian ground hornbill, the secretary bird, and the black-headed lapwing.
After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, viewing kingfishers, African fish eagles, cormorants, and possibly the elusive shoebill.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 5: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a hotspot for aquatic birds such as pelicans, jacanas, African skimmers, and hundreds of hippos.

Day 6: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Day 8: Return to Kampala – City Tour – Departure
